Join our Enrolment SURGE Team and help ensure a smooth, accurate enrolment experience for students during one of the busiest times of the year. We're recruiting six temporary roles across South Hampshire College Group, including MIS & Enrolment Support, to assist with enrolment processing using ProSolution and provide essential behind-the-scenes support.
* Support enrolment processing using ProSolution (Management Information System)
* Assist with appointments, queries, and on-site processes
* Provide excellent customer service and guidance
* Work collaboratively across teams during peak periods. Strong communication and organisational skills
* Basic IT skills
* A proactive, flexible approach
* Confidence working in a busy, customer-facing environment
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* A positive attitude and willingness to support students
* 37 hours per week starting 24 August to 18 September 2026 (4 weeks)
* Valuable experience in MIS, student services, and enrolment operations
