Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday: 09.00 – 17.30 (1 hour lunch break)
Location: Luton (fully on site)

Key Responsibilities: Sales Administrator
* Administrative Support: Process quotes and orders efficiently, providing essential support to the sales team.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication and monitoring of orders and back orders until completion.
* Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Dynamics Software.
* Report Preparation: Assist in the creation of sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Skills and Experience: Sales Administrator
* Demonstrable experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
* Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
