About The Role
As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for greeting clients, fostering relationships, ensuring the smooth operation of our local office, and providing essential Sales & Lettings support and administration to help us serve our customers effectively. If you are interested in administration, property, and delivering exceptional customer service, this role offers a great opportunity to start your career with London’s leading estate agency.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, applicants, and contractors, shaping their first impression of our brand. Foxtons is a well-known London estate agency, so you will handle in-person and telephone enquiries from customers looking to buy or rent in London.
Your responsibilities include maintaining an organized and well-stocked office, reporting maintenance issues, managing key systems, and ensuring marketing displays are current.
This role also provides insight into our Sales & Lettings teams. You will assist in preparing move-in and completion packs, registering applicants, booking valuations, and sourcing compliance documents from vendors, landlords, and tenants to facilitate deal completion.
Career progression is highly encouraged, whether advancing within the Office Co-ordinator role or exploring other departments at Foxtons. The skills gained here will be invaluable for your professional growth.
