Candidate Requirements
* Responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the sales team.
* Working with the Sales Manager to ensure that all opportunities are maximised.
* Demonstrate a strong background in selling vehicle‑related finance products and have previous experience of working in a Business Manager or Sales Controller role within a main dealer.
* Positive can‑do mentality, able to work with initiative whilst delivering our values to both customers and colleagues.
