Your new role
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities across complex supply chain and warehouse management systems, with a particular focus on Blue Yonder Discrete and Swiftlog platforms.
* Develop and manage end-to-end test strategies, plans, and schedules for Blue Yonder Discrete and Swiftlog implementations.
* Lead a team of testers (onshore and offshore), ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
* Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
* Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing phases.
* Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements and technical specifications.
* Manage defect triage, reporting, and resolution processes.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale enterprise environments.
* Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Discrete WMS and Swiftlog.
* Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* ISTQB certification or equivalent is desirable.
What you'll get in return
