Killeavy Castle Estate, a four star luxury hotel in the heart of Slieve Gullion is seeking an organised, ambitious and positive Front Office Manager to lead our busy reception desk.
Key responsibilities:
* To ensure that all guests receive the highest quality of service and attention, handling all guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
* Lead the reception team, ensuring consistent high standards, from customer service, to delivering essential HotSoft PMS training
* Provide accurate reports for all aspects of reception, on request from senior management
* Actively manage and develop the reception team including the day and night porterage department
* Maintain a thorough understanding of all requirements of the check in/out process (confirm booking, length of stay, packages, etc.)
* Ensure all cash, guest charges, floats and till procedures are carried out in accordance with company policy
* Prepare weekly team rosters in a timely manner
