Legal Executive – Conveyancing & Property

We are looking for a Legal Executive to join our team at Broadacres Housing Association in Northallerton. In this role you will be assisting our Solicitor in delivering timely and accurate legal advice to support our development and housing operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An understanding of conveyancing and property matters
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Well‑developed organisational skills to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
* Problem analysis skills to identify and recommend solutions
* Creative and analytical thinking to improve existing systems and services
* Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships
* Good IT skills to promote digital ways of working
* Flexible, pragmatic, and adaptable approach to legal matters
* CILEX qualification or equivalent
