Blue Arrow are recruiting for experienced Food Production Operatives to work for an expanding company based in Speke, who specialise in the manufacturing and distribution of supplement products.
?? Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and process products according to company standards and customer specifications
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on the production line
* Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in line with safety regulations (HACCP, ISO standards)
* Check product quality through visual inspections and basic testing
* Package and label products accurately for distribution
* Follow health & safety protocols to prevent accidents and contamination
* Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
?? Skills & Qualifications
* Attention to detail for quality control and hygiene compliance
* Basic literacy and numeracy for reading instructions and measuring ingredients
* Physical stamina for standing long hours and handling repetitive tasks
* Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
* Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not always required
?? Working Conditions
* Monday - Friday 6am-2pm OR 2pm-10pm available (fixed shift - no rotation)
* Work can be in cold or warm environments depending on the area of process
* Protective clothing (hairnets, gloves, masks) is required
?? Salary & Benefits
* £12.21 per hour
* Opportunities for overtime and progression into supervisory roles
Long term work available - potential for temp to perm.
