This is a great opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join a small but growing home improvements company based on the outskirts of Guildford. You will be carrying out those all-important admin/accounts tasks helping the Finance Manager and Directors.
You will be responsible for:
* Entering supplier invoices into Quickbooks, carrying out various checks
* Creating sales invoices in Quickbooks, carrying out various checks and updating spreadsheets/records
* Payment runs in Quickbooks for suppliers
* Posting and allocating customer receipts in Quickbooks
* Posting bank payments in Quickbooks
* Bank reconciliations
* Chasing debtors
* Checking supplier statements
* Checking credit card purchases - schedule and statement
* General admin/office duties/HR duties
Working hours - Days and hours to suit the right applicant, flexibility can be offered on agreement.
Salary depending on hours and experience
