We’re now looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take our Amazon trading to the next level optimising UK performance and leading our expansion into European marketplaces via both SWA and FBA.
Our client operates across 5 key areas:
* Direct-to-consumer websites
* Amazon UK
* Amazon Europe
* Other marketplaces - eBay, OnBuy, and others
* Social commerce -TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
General overview:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon trading operations. With over 20,000 active listings, we need a commercially minded and highly analytical individual to optimise listings, improve sales performance, and drive profitable growth.
This role will also play a key part in our expansion into European Amazon marketplaces, setting up and managing SWA and FBA operations across the EU.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with deep marketplace knowledge, strong commercial instincts, and experience scaling operations internationally.
Responsibilities:
Marketplace Strategy & Optimisation
* Manage and optimise all Amazon listings for visibility, conversation, and profitability
* Manage and optimise all Amazon listings (approx. 20,000 SKUs) for visibility, conversion, and profitability.
* Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads / Sponsored Products / DSP).
* Lead keyword optimisation, product categorisation, and SEO strategies to maximise sales performance.
Commercial Management
* Lead and optimise Amazon Ads / Sponsored Products campaign
* Monitor and adjust pricing using Repricer and Mars Amazon Pricing Tools to remain competitive and profitable.
* Develop and manage business and customer discount structures (volume, loyalty, and trade tiers).
* Implement and refine business and customer volume discount structures
* Analyse trading performance to ensure margins and commercial targets are achieved.
Performance & Compliance
* Maintain Prime and Premium Seller status by ensuring KPIs align with Amazon’s standards (on-time delivery, customer service, returns, etc.).
* Manage inventory levels and replenishment for both SWA (Seller Warehoused Account) and FBA.
* Work with authorised distributors and 3rd-party suppliers to guarantee compliance and delivery efficiency.
European Expansion
* Lead our Amazon Europe expansion strategy, launching and managing stores across EU marketplaces.
* Set up and manage FBA and SWA operations in Europe, ensuring full compliance with regional regulations and tax (VAT) requirements.
* Identify and analyse new market opportunities, pricing strategies, and logistics solutions for European trading.
Growth & Reporting
* Provide regular reporting on sales, ROI, advertising spend, and performance trends.
* Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiency gains.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support overall eCommerce growth.
Core Competencies
* Proven experience managing Amazon Marketplace operations (UK & ideally EU).
* Strong understanding of Amazon Ads, FBA / SWA, and Seller Central.
* Expertise with repricing tools (Repricer, Mars, or similar platforms).
* Confident managing large catalogues (10,000+ SKUs) and complex pricing structures.
* Strong commercial acumen able to balance volume, margin, and compliance.
* Experience expanding trading across European marketplaces highly desirable.
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
