Qualifications
About you
You will have:
* Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
* Experience setting sales and customer service targets, analyzing sales, and staff scheduling
* Experience with inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
* A proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams
* Experience creating and executing in-store events
* Flexible availability across days/hours; please discuss your availability during the interview
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Proof of right to live and work in the UK
