The Role
We are seeking an inspiring and visionary Head of English to lead a highly committed team. This role is ideal for an experienced subject leader or an exceptional English Teacher ready to take the next step in their career. You will oversee curriculum design, drive standards across Key Stages 3 and 4, and model outstanding teaching practice.
Responsibilities
* Oversee curriculum design and develop high-quality teaching and assessment across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Drive standards and support continuous improvement within the English department.
* Model outstanding teaching practice and provide professional leadership and development for staff.
