Office Administrator Full-Time, Permanent Location: Glengormley (Central Location, with Private Car Park) Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm (Paid Lunch & Tea Breaks) Salary: Dependent on Experience Are you looking to start or grow your career in a professional office environment? Were a friendly, well-established legal firm in the heart of Glengormley, and were looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and cares about people. Many of our administrators have progressed within the firm becoming legal secretaries, assistants, clerks, and front-of-house professionals so if youre motivated and keen to develop your skills, this role offers excellent long-term prospects. About the Role Youll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of the office. Your responsibilities will include: Handling incoming and outgoing post Greeting clients and carrying out Front of House duties Managing files and documents (both digital and physical) Assisting with general office administration Learning office procedures and supporting colleagues as needed Full training will be provided no prior legal experience is necessary.
