Xplan Developer (Contract – 6 Months, Self-Employed) Location: Remote (with occasional travel) Contract Type: Self-Employed Contractor Duration: 6 Months Are you an experienced Developer with a strong background in XPLAN and system integration? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team on a 6-month self employed basis to deliver critical development projects for our XPLAN (in-house ‘Connect’) platform. About the Role As a Connect Developer, you will: Configure and customise the Connect application to meet business needs. Develop workflows, automation rules, and data validation processes. Integrate Connect with other business systems (finance, marketing automation, document management). Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve issues. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. Monitor system performance and implement optimisations. Provide training and support to end-users. You’ll work closely with the Head of IT Systems, Director of Transformation, and key business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. What We’re Looking For Proven experience using XPLAN for financial planning and CRM integration. Strong knowledge of IFA back-office processes and workflows. Hands-on experience managing IT projects, including planning and execution. Technical problem-solving skills for software configuration and troubleshooting. Ability to design and implement workflow automation and system integrations. Experience in coding templates or scripting for CRM customisation. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Working Arrangements Mostly remote, with occasional travel for workshops or system rollouts. Why Join Us?
