We are seeking a skilled and experienced School Chef Manager to join our team. As part of this role you will be responsible for providing quality meals to 350 Students and Staff in a Primary school and overseeing other kitchen staff members.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements
* Great time management skills
* Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
* The ability to train and mentor other staff
* Ordering stock/ stock control.
Work pattern
* School Term Time only
* Monday-Friday
* 40 Hours Per Week
* 39 weeks per year
