What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
* Leading the technical scope of assigned subsea projects.
* Creating method statements, FEED studies, and high‑quality engineering documentation.
* Performing installation analysis, calculations, and optimised deck layouts.
* Supporting fabrication design and the development of subsea equipment & tooling.
* Providing expert input into tenders, technical evaluations, and client‑facing discussions.
* Capturing lessons learned and driving improvements across the engineering process.
* Being a key point of technical knowledge for project teams without needing to mobilise offshore.
* Championing safety and quality in all engineering decisions.
What You Bring
* A degree in Subsea, Marine / Naval, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Previous project experience working on subsea EPC type diving / IRM / survey projects.
* Strong technical background in subsea, offshore operations, or project engineering.
* A proactive mindset with excellent problem‑solving and analytical ability.
* Confident communication skills and the ability to produce clear, structured engineering documentation.
* Practical experience with engineering standards, regulations, and operational requirements.
