Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.You’ll lead one of our delivery teams, making sure work is aligned to product roadmaps and delivers a great experience for millions of supporters. You’ll oversee the delivery of complex changes and enhancements while ensuring our key digital products run smoothly with strong operational support. Managing a broad range of stakeholders will be central to your role, as you’ll work with colleagues across the organisation as well as external partners to deliver shared outcomes. You’ll also be responsible for managing team budgets, ensuring spend is tracked carefully and remains within agreed limits. As you guide delivery, you’ll apply appropriate governance and frameworks, with the flexibility to use Agile, traditional waterfall methods, or a blend of both depending on the project.
