Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor Domiciliary Care (PSRCRAW) Crawley, England
Salary: GBP26000 - GBP27000 per annum
A leading care provider in Crawley is looking to recruit a Care Coordinator/Field Care Supervisor to join their rapidly expanding team on a full‑time basis.
This role will also require some travel to Brighton (Expenses paid).
About the Care Coordinator/Field Care Supervisor role and what the client is offering:
* A competitive annual salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience.
* A permanent, full‑time contract.
* Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with additional on‑call duties.
* Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay.
* Occupational sick pay and death in service payment.
* All the above subject to terms and conditions.
As a Care Coordinator you will support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers including some field‑base work carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers. Due to the field‑based elements of the role you must be a driver with your own vehicle.
What we’re looking for in a Care Coordinator/Field Care Supervisor:
* Experience of delivering and managing care support services.
* A good understanding of principles of good care.
* Be able to prioritise, especially under pressure.
* Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
