We’re looking for a General Manager who can lead, thrive on variety, manage details, love the community, and create memorable pub moments.
Responsibilities
You will embrace the autonomy given to run the business, develop the team, and drive growth. Key duties include:
* Recruiting, training, and developing staff.
* Planning and executing events and sales initiatives to boost traffic.
* Menuling with freedom to set your own food offering.
* Managing marketing, recruitment, and operating standards.
* Ensuring exceptional customer service and profitability.
Required Skills & Experience
* Fresh food experience.
* General manager experience in hospitality.
* Passion for hospitality and excellent customer service.
