Forward Role are working exclusively with this award-winning digital agency who are looking for an exceptional Head of Paid Media to lead their Paid Advertising function. This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, drive growth and play a pivotal role for an agency who are experiencing great success and consistent growth.
Overseeing a team of 6 as Head of Paid Media, you'll lead the team in it's development and the departments scaling and will be working with a number of high- profile Ecomm & Retail brands. This agency are at the top of their game when it comes to driving client performance!
The role:
* Own and manage the Paid Advertising team across PPC & Paid Social
* Oversee the team to develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel paid strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok etc)
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Paid Specialists, Account Managers & Executives
* Work closely with clients to drive results and build long-term partnerships
* Stay ahead of industry trends, driving innovation and thought leadership across the team and the whole agency
* Contribute to new business development, pitching and upselling services
Requirements:
* Proven Paid Advertising experience, with a experience heading up a team
* Strong team leadership experience
* Proven track record of successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms goes without saying
* Expertise in analytics, forecasting & budget management
* Exceptional communication & client relationship skills
* A proactive, commercial mindset with a passion for growth
