Field Sales Executive
Location: North of England
Salary: £30,000 | OTE: £70,000
Job Type: Permanent, Field-Based

Field Sales Executive – About our client:
Our client is a growing provider of reclining chairs and adjustable beds, helping improve the daily lives of retirement home residents. They are looking for an experienced and confident Field Sales Executive to join their North of England team. This role combines consultative sales with empathy, offering a chance to make a real difference to customers’ comfort and quality of life.

You'll have the opportunity to join a supportive and passionate business during a pivotal time of growth and real investment into building on an already fantastic team.

A company van will be provided, a full UK driving license is a must!

Field Sales Executive – Location & Working Pattern:
Field-based across Midlands & North Region. Full-time, Monday–Friday, involving regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and events. Some flexibility in hours is required to meet customer and business needs.

Field Sales Executive – Details:

1. £30,000 basic salary with OTE of £70,000–£80,000
2. 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off

Field Sales Executive – Responsibilities:

7. Deliver product demonstrations across the region
8. Present reclining chairs and adjustable beds, highlighting features and benefits
9. Build trust with residents and decision-makers using a consultative approach
10. Handle questions, objections, and negotiations confidently and empathetically
11. Convert demonstrations into sales, meeting KPIs for conversion, value, and order size
12. Process orders accurately and maintain records
13. Work closely with Sales Assistants, Field Sales Managers, and office teams
14. Represent the brand positively at all times

Field Sales Executive – What We’re Looking For:

15. Customer-facing, presentation-based sales experience (e.g. Car Sales background)
16. Excellent communication and presentation skills for varied audiences
17. Skilled negotiator with a consultative style
18. Empathetic and professional
19. Target-driven and commercially aware
20. Organised, self-motivated, able to manage a regional, field-based diary
21. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout the North of England
22. Ability to physically lift/move furniture for demos
