We are recruiting for:
Bovis is seeking a Project Manager to join our UK Regions Construction team to oversee remedial works in the Northwest. The role is based in Manchester City Centre and involves working with the internal fit-out delivery team to provide technical, commercial, quality, and operational support.
The Project Manager will ensure the successful delivery of fit-out remedial packages, focusing on time, cost, and quality excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships among design teams, project/site teams, commercial, clients, supply chain partners, and technical stakeholders.
* Leading and coordinating teams to deliver packages safely, mitigate risks, and maximize value.
* Managing design changes and contract administration through to project handover.
Qualifications and experience:
* Strong safety ethos and experience managing multiple supply chain stakeholders.
* Familiarity with project processes for contract administration, communication, and documentation.
* Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
* Proficiency in developing project timelines and managing dispersed teams.
* Experience in managing consultants and ensuring quality and design deliverables.
* Ability to manage risks and identify opportunities for value addition.
* Experience delivering complex package and project handovers.
