DUTIES Your duties as the Specialist Domestic Abuse Support Worker include: Provide Person-Centred Support: Deliver tailored, trauma-informed assistance to survivors with complex needs Complete Risk Assessments: Identify, record and manage risks to maintain safety and wellbeing Develop Care Plans: Create personalised action plans supporting housing, health and social needs Multi-Agency Collaboration: Liaise with external partners to coordinate integrated support Deliver Programmes: Facilitate key-work sessions and structured activities promoting independence Promote Safe Environments: Support the maintenance of a safe, respectful and inclusive residential setting Encourage Empowerment: Assist women to develop life skills and access community resources Record Keeping: Maintain accurate case notes, reports and data in line with GDPR Safeguarding Compliance: Ensure all work is completed within safeguarding and health and safety frameworks CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Due to the gender specific nature of this role, applications can only be accepted from women candidates.
