Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
* Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Handle administrative duties such as filing, typing, and clerical support
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Skills
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Typing proficiency with attention to detail for data entry tasks
* Prior clerical experience will be considered a plus
