Salary - £45k base + £30k OTE (uncapped)

The Opportunity
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and strengthening existing customer relationships, managing active opportunities, and supporting clients as they adopt innovative aerial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of the platform, its features, and how it delivers value across various industries.
* Build, manage, and grow relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
* Own and progress the sales cycle within your accounts—from opportunity through to proposal, demonstration, negotiation, and close.
* Partner with Business Development colleagues to onboard new clients and expand existing relationships.
* Deliver consultative, value‑driven conversations that uncover challenges and align tailored solutions to client needs.
* Maintain a structured pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent engagement with clients.
* Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell, and cross‑sell within your portfolio.
* Represent the business at industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or account management experience.
* Experience within technology or SaaS is beneficial but not essential.
* Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
* Commercially astute, curious, and focused on delivering measurable customer outcomes.
* Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
* Proven ability to build trust and deliver value‑led, ROI‑focused solutions.
* Highly organised, resilient, and capable of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
