Personal Injury Lawyer (Defendant), 4 PQE – Birmingham – Due to expansion, the established team of this leading national practice is looking to recruit an experienced Lawyer to work on behalf on insurers. JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Lawyer (Defendant) PQE: 4 years LOCATION: Birmingham SALARY: £Dependent on experience THE ROLE: This interesting and exciting role has arisen due to expansion and the firm are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join the team and run their own caseload of (EL/PL) matters on behalf of insurers and self-insured clients. Working within a close-knit team you will be responsible for running your own caseload of EL and PL claims including those well into Multi track along with potentially some catastrophic injury claims. THE CANDIDATE: Suitable candidates will have at least 4 years’ PQE in defendant personal injury work, specifically dealing with either EL/PL claims and catastrophic injury claims. You will also have developed strong skills in building client relationships and be keen to work with colleagues on marketing and networking initiatives. Ideal Personal Injury Legal Executives or Solicitors will have experience of dealing with personal injury claims and litigation.
