Due to growing demand across the business, we’re excited to be looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact, playing a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring great talent. You’ll deliver a high-quality, end‑to‑end recruitment service, ensuring every hire not only meets the role requirements but also aligns with our values and culture.
You will play a key role in managing recruitment campaigns, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout.
This is a full‑time office based role located at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding
* Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define role briefs
* Create and advertise vacancies across appropriate channels to attract high‑quality candidates
* Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, talent pools, and other direct sourcing methods
* Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit
* Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely and professional communication
* Track recruitment activity and provide reporting insights
Qualifications
* Proven recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency
* Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
