Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking? My client is looking for a Facilities Administrator to join the team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create and manage client requests efficiently.
2. Follow up onpliance requirements and documentation.
3. Liaise with the in-house operations team to coordinate tasks.
4. Gather and organise information for reporting and decision-making.
5. Prepare and issue quotes to clients.
6. Respond promptly to client queries and provide excellent support.
7. Chase up purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
8. Track and monitor orders and quotes to maintain accuracy and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For

12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
13. Previous experience in facilities or administration.
This is an on-site role based in Warrington. 40 hours per week, Immediate start for approx 2 months, £ + holiday pay.
