Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with an independent 4‑star hotel in the Snowdonia area. They are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the food and beverage department. Working closely with the General Manager you will have a big input in developing the hotel further within the luxury market. This is an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager who would like to develop their career further with a destination hotel and a dynamic hotel group.
Qualifications
* Passionate about food and beverage
* At least 2 AA Rosette experience
* Experienced in people management
* Proven experience in a similar environment
* People person and energetic
