People Programmes Manager Our client who is a leading FMCG organisation, is seeking an experienced People Programmes Manager to drive a range of HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience. This is a maternity cover, offering a hybrid working model. This rewarding role involves partnering with senior leaders to design and deliver projects across talent, reward, engagement, inclusion, employee relations, and people analytics. The People Programmes Manager will also support organisational change and HR transformation, helping to build a progressive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. The People Programmes Manager will be responsible for: Leading and delivering people programmes and HR projects from design through to evaluation. Working with leaders to identify opportunities that improve the employee experience across the lifecycle. Supporting and delivering initiatives across talent, reward, ER, engagement, EDI and policy development. Supporting the implementation and enhancement of digital HR systems and analytics tools. Collaborating with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure alignment and value. Contributing to organisational design and wider change initiatives. Leading engagement and pulse surveys, analysing insights and supporting action planning. Providing expert advice on ER matters, including organisational change and TUPE when required. What you will need to have for the People Programmes Manager role: Degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline Demonstrable success in leading and delivering HR or people-focused projects. In-depth expertise in at least two HR areas e.g. Talent Management, Reward, Employee Relations, EDI, or Change Management Comprehensive understanding of UK employment law and current HR best practices Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills Confident using HR systems and analytics to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
