This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of recruitment experience to join a leading Manchester City Centre agency as a Delivery Recruitment Consultant. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants, supporting key client accounts and focusing on finding and managing top talent for live vacancies across high-demand industries.

Partnering with consultants and account managers to deliver top-tier candidates for live roles
Building long-term talent pools within your specialist market
1–3 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or internal) — any sector considered
~ Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
~ Motivated by results, teamwork, and delivering quality service
~ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
28,000–£35,000 base salary (depending on experience)
~ Uncapped commission + additional bonuses
~ Clear progression routes into Senior Delivery, Account Management, or 360 Consultant roles
