Temporary School Business Manager Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Providing strategic leadership on finance, governance, and operational risk to support the school’s long-term sustainability. Leading HR functions, including recruitment, staff development, payroll, and employee relations, ensuring adherence to employment law and safeguarding policies. Overseeing administrative operations and managing the team responsible for communication and office management. Managing the school site, health & safety, facilities, contracts, procurement, and capital projects, to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
