Our home in Ayr is recruiting for a Senior Support Worker now! We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services. Fundamental to your role will be the engagement in, and management of, each child’s plan and ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements
* SVQ3 qualification for Children and Young People (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards SVQ4 within the allotted time frame set out by SSSC.
* A full UK driving licence, required to transport young people to external locations.
* Willingness to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with Disclosure Scotland and at least 2 references covering the last 3 years.
