Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator – Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service
Hours: Full Time – 37 hours per week
Location: The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working options. The role will be based at either Service Headquarters, Salisbury or Dorchester Support Offices, Poundbury with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices and we would welcome a conversation with the successful candidate on what type of flexible working arrangement will work best for you. There will be a requirement to attend service premises across Dorset & Wiltshire when necessary for key activities and meetings.

As a Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator in our Learning and Organisational Development department you will:
* Manage the process of programming of learning and organisational development activities to agreed service standards using the provided system
* Support internal and external customers in learning and organisational development requirements
* Support with the facilitation of leadership development activities across the Service and manage external course nominations and bookings
Salary: £29,064 per annum rising by annual increments to £30,518
