Your duties as a SEN Teaching Assistant will include:

3. Encourage diversity, acceptance, and inclusion, and make sure all the children have equal access to learning and growth.
4. Encourage children's involvement and make sure they are paying attention during the lesson.
5. Provide opportunities for developing independence.
6. Give children, parents, and caregivers feedback about their development, accomplishments, and potential issues as directed by the teaching team.
Requirements:
7. Good knowledge of the national curriculum
8. Experience working with SEN pupils
9. A drive to inspire the next generation
10. Eligibility to work in the UK
11. An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
