By joining Carelineas a weekend Operator, you will gain valuable work experience and skills with arespected company, excellent for long-term career aspirations!
What does the role involve?
• You’ll be takingincoming calls from retired Homeowners, responding to a variety of situationsincluding emergencies (e.g. accidents, fires, floods), fire panel alarms,security entry calls or speaking to people keen to hear a friendly voice.
• Logging each call in our CRM system ensuring information is accuratelyrecorded every time.
• Remaining alert to ensure you are ready and available for your next customer.
• A friendly and responsive approach is essential.

About you
• We are lookingfor people with excellent customer service experience, for example, from callcentres, retail, hospitality or the care sector.
• You will be a great listener and communicator, motivated, reliable,resilient, empathetic, flexible, calm in a crisis and with good common sense!
• An excellent telephone manner, a good standard of English and IT skills isessential.
