We are currently recruiting passionate and motivated individuals for the following positions:

About the Role
Breakfast Chef
As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality breakfast experience for hotel guests while ensuring excellent presentation, consistency, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present breakfast dishes to a high standard
* Maintain buffet breakfast service
* Ensure kitchen cleanliness and HACCP compliance
* Monitor stock levels and minimise waste
* Support the wider kitchen team when required
Chef de Partie
As Chef de Partie, you will support the culinary team in delivering exceptional food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present dishes according to brand standards
* Manage your section during service
* Ensure food hygiene and safety procedures are followed
* Assist with training and supporting junior team members
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred
* Passion for food and hospitality
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
