We’re looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships and drive growth across compliance and facilities management services. This role offers the chance to manage major accounts, mentor a team, and shape service delivery for long‑term success.
What you’ll do:
* Take ownership of key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and contract performance.
* Identify opportunities for growth and develop new business within existing client portfolios.
* Mentor and support account managers, promoting a collaborative and high‑performing team.
* Lead client meetings and operational reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Oversee compliance with industry standards and health & safety requirements.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong background in account management within compliance, facilities, or technical services.
* Leadership skills with experience guiding and developing teams.
* Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
* Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
* Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards relevant to service delivery.
What’s in it for you:
* ÂŁ45,000 per annum dependent on experience.
* ÂŁ5,000 per annum car allowance or company vehicle with fuel card.
