The Community and Events Executive will support the development and implementation of an exciting and dynamic occupier engagement strategy year round. This will include management of all aspects of the events programme to ensure compliance with H&S requirements, as well as overseeing safe set up and break down of all activities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
What you'll be doing
* Implement a year-round calendar of events and activities
* Create lively, well-written, and engaging content to populate the building's digital app
* Engage with occupiers to promote the app and events, and discuss new community initiatives
* Manage suppliers and handle operational logistics for events
* Promote events across digital, social, and physical channels (posters/flyers)
* Monitor and track feedback from events

ABOUT YOU
What we're looking for
* Experience in a B2B client-facing events and marketing communications role, for example working with occupiers in a commercial building, or retailers (e.g. for a shopping centre/retail destination) or similar
* Customer-centricity and an understanding of customer engagement metrics
* Ability to develop relationships at all business levels
* Strong writing skills, impeccable grammar and a flair for creative writing
* Ability to develop, implement and promote a calendar of events and activities that deliver strong customer engagement
* Experience in managing agencies and media partners
* Good networking skills and the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
