Join a RICS Chartered multi-disciplinary consultancy, you will manage cost management commissions across commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, heritage, community and residential projects, with a clear progression route towards Associate level.
Responsibilities
* Manage projects from initial enquiry through to final account
* Prepare cost plans, tender documentation and procurement advice
* Administer contracts and commercial reporting processes
* Liaise directly with clients, consultants and contractors
* Deliver quantity surveying services on projects up to £40 million
Requirements
* MRICS qualified or eligible via the experienced route
* Minimum two years' post-qualification quantity surveying experience
* Consultancy or PQS background preferred
* Experience preparing cost plans and tender documentation
* Ability to manage projects independently
Salary & Package
* £55,000 - £70,000 basic salary
