ABOUT YOUR TASKS
* P&L responsibility for Food UK & Ireland, including achieving budget and strategy targets related to net sales of finished goods and aftermarket/services, CTF%, NOWC, NPS, and EES.
* Manage all sales and commercial activities within the specified area of Food in UK & Ireland.
* Secure outstanding service levels for our customers via partners by owning the service journey.
* Lead the management team for Food in UK & Ireland.
* Responsible for marketing in the UK & Ireland market for Food.
* Drive Electrolux Professional value propositions and our cultural beliefs.
* Promote a mission and North Star culture.
* Maintain and develop a strong network of existing and new customers/partners.
* Execute new product launches effectively.
* Serve our customers over the product lifecycle with seamless access to parts, A&C, and top-notch service.
* Optimize portfolio through channel/category plans with clear USPs versus competition based on JTBD.
* Drive sales activation, opportunities, and pipeline management.
* Coach and develop team members.
* Own the commercial policy including channel management, pricing, account planning, and contract management.
* Manage phase in/out, slow-moving, and obsolescence items.
* Schedule regular 1:1 meetings with sales managers to identify growth opportunities and follow up on sales activities.
* Coordinate sales and marketing activities in UK & Ireland for Food.
* Develop sales and marketing campaigns with the Marketing team.
* Communicate initiatives in the specialist product area up- and downstream.
* Ensure a safe and conducive work environment as per delegation.
* Implement and drive digitalization efforts in UK & Ireland.
* Actively lead and be accountable for assigned projects.
* Monitor and communicate competitor activities and local needs to team and management.
ABOUT YOU
* Business education is an advantage (ideally BSc or MSc in Business Administration).
* Minimum of 10 years sales experience in the industry.
* Excellent knowledge of the professional consumer market for Food.
* Strong understanding of the sales process.
* Knowledge of UK/Ireland labor law.
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
