Job summary This role will provide administrative support to the Clinical Lead of the Immunisation Improvement Project. The post holder will support the Clinical Lead improve immunisation uptake across the borough by cleansing data, recoding incorrect information, improving recall processes, developing robust processes to deliver immunisations and actively call patients to book appointments. Main duties of the job Analysing immunisation reports from various sources including CHIS and QOF. Cleansing data and correcting incorrect codes on GP practice clinical systems. Telephoning patients and booking immunisation appointments on behalf of GP practices. Work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead and independently where required. Aiding the design and maintenance of accurate databases and records. Collating and entering data and producing reports. Maintaining effective, up to date secure and appropriately accessible records management systems as per GDPR and Data Security requirements. Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of best practice administrative processes and systems. Ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
