Responsibilities
* Supporting weekly payroll processes and subcontractor payments
* Managing invoice processing, including approximately 50 subcontractor invoices weekly
* Assisting with purchase ledger tasks, subcontractor ledger administration, and retentions specific to the construction sector
* Collecting and submitting subcontractor timesheets
* Contributing to general finance operations
Suitable candidate
* Previous experience in finance, accounts, or payroll administration
* Comfortable working with volume and handling multiple tasks efficiently
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Proficient in Excel; experience with Sage or construction-specific software is advantageous but not required
* Reliable, steady, and able to consistently meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
