* Develop a deep understanding of your chosen area of tax and deliver high-quality work to clients while meeting deadlines and maintaining professional standards.
* Grow your skills in communication, responsiveness and problem-solving to exceed client expectations.

At RSM, we value passion, personality and originality alongside exam results. To be considered for this opportunity, please have:

* A team-oriented mindset with curiosity about business, financial operations and the relationship between taxation and personal wealth
* Determination to tackle challenges, work hard to pass exams, and become a business adviser
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfort with numbers, an analytical mindset and interest in the law
* Minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level) with an honours degree (obtained or predicted)
* Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required

Please note: RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

The start date for this role is 22 September 2026. Start dates are mandatory due to internal and professional training.

* Supportive team culture that encourages individuality and growth
* Opportunities to study towards ACA, ATT, ADIT and/or CTA qualifications (depending on area of Team Tax)
* Mentoring and development training to become a trusted business adviser
* Access to lifestyle, health and wellbeing benefits tailored to you

As part of Team Tax, you’ll continue to move forward and expand your professional capabilities.
