About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Dispatch & Quality Control Operative to join our production team. In this role, you’ll make sure all finished goods meet quality, packaging, and documentation standards before they head out the door. You’ll also support dispatch operations and operate a reach truck safely and efficiently.
If you’re the type who spots the one label that’s slightly wonky from 20 feet away and enjoys keeping things running smoothly, this one’s for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality and packaging standards.
* Verify product labels, quantities, and documentation against dispatch orders.
* Identify, record, and report non-conformities or damages.
* Maintain accurate inspection records and support corrective actions.
* Assist with warehouse and dispatch processes, ensuring safe and efficient loading.
* Operate a reach truck and other warehouse equipment safely.
* Follow all health & safety guidelines.
* Support continuous improvement within quality and dispatch.
* Assist with training staff on quality standards and best practices.

Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience in quality checking, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
* Valid reach-truck or forklift licence with proven operational experience.
* Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation.
* Knowledge of health & safety standards in a warehouse/dispatch environment.
* Experience supporting warehouse training is a bonus
