Overview
Our Junior Sport Trampolining Casual Coach is a key team member for the Junior Sport / Sport Systems team, and associated areas of Cardiff Met Sport. They assist with the delivery of the Trampolining Junior sports programme and ensure that the needs of participants are met.
Responsibilities
* Assisting the Lead Coach of Trampolining and wider Cardiff Met Junior Sport team in the delivery of high-quality Trampolining coaching.
* Supporting our participants / athletes in their development of all elements of Trampolining, from recreational classes through to our performance groups.
* Assist in teaching and refining of Trampolining routines for various events.
* Monitor participants during practice to ensure they are performing exercises safely.
* Collaborate with the Lead Coach to develop and refine training programmes, offering feedback on what is working well and what could be improved.
Qualifications
* Level 1 Coaching Qualification (or above) in trampolining.
* Superb team working skills, able to work effectively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for participants.
* Experience working with customers and parents.
