HR & Payroll Administrator – £40K- Permanent – Charing Cross
My client is a leading FS firm.
Due to acquisition and head count growth, they are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis who has experience of Cascade and enjoys payroll administration.
The role will involve:
1. Maintaining employee data changes in Cascade (new starters, leavers, salary changes, etc.).
2. Checking and validating payroll outputs provided by Cascade.
3. Liaising with Cascade to resolve any payroll queries.
4. Supporting HR and Finance with payroll reports and audits.
5. Ensuring accuracy and compliance
To be considered successful, the ideal applicant must –
6. Have strong HRIS or payroll-system skills (Cascade experience preferred).
7. Have high attention to detail
8. Be comfortable handling sensitive data.
9. Have solid understanding of the payroll process and UK statutory requirements (PAYE, NI, pensions).
