This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and highly respected independent Estate and Lettings Agency in the Farnham area.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Handling residential sales enquiries and viewings
* Supporting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
* Delivering outstanding customer service to clients
* Negotiating offers and progressing deals
* Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Working collaboratively within a supportive team
* Maintaining knowledge of local property market trends
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous residential property sales experience (essential)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Professional telephone manner and polished presentation
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive attitude
* Articulate, confident, and persuasive personality
* Familiarity with Farnham and surrounding areas (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence and access to own car (essential)
