Job Description Customer Service Executive Overview Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to support with client order processing and maintain long-term relationships. Benefits Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience Full time, hours 9-5pm Monday to Friday Permanent, full-time position Remote working 25 days holiday bank holidays extra day’s holiday for each year of service Your birthday off as Holiday Pension scheme Inclusive and supportive company culture Opportunity to work with an innovative organisation Generous benefits package, including an annual bonus Responsibilities Maintain long-term relationships by delivering excellent customer service. Manage customer records and accurately input information Manage customer orders, invoicing, and accurately record information. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure they have the information needed to maximise sales. Take ownership of customer queries, proactively liaising with internal and external teams to resolve issues. Provide troubleshooting support and strive for first-time resolution with accountability and urgency. Consistently deliver outstanding customer service and foster a "one team" attitude. Qualifications Proven capability to account manage customers in a role where service level is key. Strong problem-solving skills and the determination to overcome challenges. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build strong customer rapport. Great customer rapport through telephone and written skills. A passion for taking accountability for your actions and achieving goals. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
