Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and structured lessons in line with the Year 6 curriculum.
* Prepare students for their end-of-key-stage assessments, ensuring they make strong progress.
* Assess and monitor student performance, providing tailored support where needed.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages confidence and academic success.
* Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to maintain high teaching standards.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress.
Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in Education or a relevant subject.
* Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally within Year 6.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A commitment to high expectations and student achievement.
* Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the school community.
